Our cattle graze freely from spring to autumn, and in winter, they are housed in spacious, straw-bedded barns, nourished by our own farm-grown feed.

To bring top-tier Wagyu to Germany, we have partnered with Eifel Wagyu, a cooperation of more than six farmers dedicated to perfecting Wagyu breeding in Germany. Through selective breeding with Australian genetics, known for their exceptional marbling, we ensure that our Wagyu meets the highest international standards while remaining a truly regional specialty.
